My daughter had a great experience with them. They were patient, kind and very instructional. 1.5 hour lesson once a week for a month or so, got my daughter ready for road test and she passed the first time! Honestly, we did not think she would pass or be a very good driver. My daughter is a good driver that knows the rules of the road. So a big thank you to Myra and Lynn for working with my daughter diligently.

I can honestly say that a Womanís Way Driving School is the best!!! Lynn and Myra are absolutely amazing on teaching you all you need to know. I failed my driving test 10 years ago and I never went back. I have two kids and getting around on the bus with them just wasnít working anymore. Then I heard about them from a friend who also said good things about them. I had really bad anxiety about taking the test again and failing. But with the help of Lynn and Myra I passed my road test on the first try. They are so sweet and really patient! Highly recommended!!!!

Being a teacher myself. I can say this is truly a great place to learn how to drive. Even if you live outside their normal service area just get there. Itís worth the trip to go. Youíre not only taught and practiced on how to increase your chances in passing the road test. But also how to drive smart which was a real confidence booster. Highly recommended!!

Lynn and Myra were very helpful and accommodating with all the driving lessons and the classroom courses. The rates were very affordable. Myra is a very patient woman and works the student until they understand the skill. She walks you the steps visually and auditory in the skills. I highly recommend this driving school! I just passed my road test with their help!

Dear Lynn and Myra,

I've just completed what i consider to be my "CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE" in driving with my excellent instructor, Myra. I really believe every driver, no matter what age, gender or experience should participate in such a course. And would certainly recommend you!

Sincerely Anna C.

Dear Womanís Way Driving School,

I cannot thank, you enough for the confidence and fearlessness youíve given me for driving. Driving used to be something that made me scared and anxious, but now that I have taken lessons with Myra, I feel so much better as a driver. Myra was patient, understanding, kind and respectful. She gave me the tools I needed to be a good safe driver. I feel happy and independent now that I have my driverís license. I strongly recommend taking lessons through A Womanís Way Driving School if you are anxious about driving. Thank you again!

Dear Myra,

Although it was long overdue I would like to say thank you for teaching me how to drive. Your calm demeanor and understanding helped to make learning how to drive a success, but also a pleasure as well. I very much enjoyed our weekly sessions and although I am saddened that they are over, I am over joyed to finally have a license of my own. I know earning my license would have been much more difficult without your help. Thank you for making this experience a pleasure rather than an ordeal.

Your former student,
Matt P.

To Myra,

Thank you so much for teaching me all the skills I needed to overcome something I thought I will ever overcome. You were very patient with me and I will always be grateful for what you have taught me - to do drive safely!

May God Continue to Bless you always!

Dear Myra,

I passed my test! And I could not have done it without you! From day one, you put me at ease, which wasn't the easiest task. Driving was my big fear in life and now it is simply a part of my life. Thank you so much for all the time and patience you have put into making me a safe and confident driver. ( I even tested the waters on the southern state less than 24 hours after getting my little receipt). Feel free to use me as a reference, as I would speak your praises to anyone.

Thanks again,

Joanna C.

From Emily H.
08/17/2009

Dear Lynn and Myra,

This morning, I took my road test at the Garden City Park test site. And to be truthful, I wasn't expecting to pass the exam at all. As you know, I had taken it once already in Laurelton and through discussions, the both of you knew how the test was unexpected and that I myself didn't feel ready.

To be honest, after I failed the first time two years ago, I thought I would never be able to pass it. I'm sure you've heard that statement before, but I truly felt that getting a driver's license was a game I could never successfully play. I believed that getting one's license was something possible for everyone else but me, because everyone else was lucky and I have never, ever in my lifetime get a license that it was against all odds, impossible and was truly ok with it. I went for it this time anyway; thinking it was a "rumble for the inevitable"; something I couldn't control the outcome of, that I'd just be my parent's biggest disappointment and thought eventually, I'll just have to take the bus or train to school, student teaching, around town and wherever I go in the future.

So the fact that I still can't say that I passed my road test today is such a surprise beyond words to describe. I can't stop pinching myself, I just cannot believe that I passed. For me, this is mind-blowing and I just cannot thank the both of you enough. The both of you throughout the first time you met me in 2006 at the end of my senior year in high school have taught me so much. You've taught me so much more than how to drive, you've given me an opportunity to do something I never thought I could successfully do. You've helped out every problem faced on and off the road through Lessons, classes and even through our conversations. You both refuse to give up on those like me, that give up or think they really, really, really, can't do it.

I promise to stay myself and be the caring, alert driver and person; and not change to be those drivers my age and younger/older that we question how they got their license in the first place (and those that tail-gate me doing the speed limit, even school zones! :-) ) I know too many people that once they passed their licenses change for the worst.

Thank you both very much for every bit of help and support over the years. There aren't words to describe how grateful I truly am and how blessed that I found A Woman's Way.

Sincerely,

Emily H.

Getting behind the wheel has been a giant fear of mine for years. I never thought I could reach the level of comfort that I have achieved while learning to drive with you. Thanks A Million! You're The Best! Thanks!

Dear Lynn & Myra,

I hope all is well with you. Pardon me for not sending this well deserved card to you sooner. I have finally finished the program so I have the time to do whatever I need to do.

I just wanted to drop a thank you line for helping me accomplish a huge deal. Your patience, support, and driving skills helped me achieve my goal. On the day of the test 9/10/07, I was incredibly anxious. I couldn't of have done it without your support. Took one driving test and passed. Thank you very much!

The swarovski crystal key chain is the cutest and coolest thing ever. Thank you both.

All the best,

From Angela O.

Dear Lynn,

I just wanted to thank you again for all you've done for me. I never thought I could get my license, but you showed me that I could. First try too!!

Not only am I happy for finally learning to drive, but I'm confident in my driving skills and I know I'm a good and safe driver thanks to you, Barbara and Monica.

You've all been so patient and kind. I could have never done it without you. You taught me that there's more to driving than sitting in the driver's seat. Learning to drive a car and learning to be an in control, safe driver are two totally different things, and thanks to all of you. I'm the second of the two, and I couldn't thank you more.

Sincerely,
Angela O.

Dear Lynn,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say "Thank You" for all you have done for me. I know I could never have gotten my license if it wasn't for your constant support, encouragement, and wonderful way of teaching. You truly have a gift for teaching.

Please know I will keep everything I will keep everything you have taught me-with me-always.

Thank you so much-

Love,
Ann Marie

From Aviva

Hi, all you students, and future drivers, I might add, you made one hell of a choice coming to A Woman's Way Driving School. I should know, Monica was my driving instructor, and she helped me pass my road test on the first try-no mistakes either. And look, if she could teach me to drive safely, she can teach anyone. Be confident, and don't let anyone bully you with his horn-that's what I keep in mind when I drive now. That, and keep your eyes in the distance. Good luck to all of you, and I hope to see you driving on the road.

A woman who finally got her license,

Aviva

P.S. I even sent one of my friends who was going to another driving school (she failed the road test three tests with them) here. And A Woman's Way helped her to pass on her first try with them.

From Carol

Dear Lynn,

Words cannot express how happy I am to be driving without FEAR. It's been about 8 months now and I'm becoming more confident every day.

I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks so much for your special effort, especially on the day of my driving test, when you were experiencing heavy personal problems.

I hope all is well with you now.

Sincerely,

Carol

From Cathy S.

Dear Lynn,

I never thought I'd overcome my anxieties about driving. After you'd retrained me the proper way, I now feel I can drive skillfully, defensively in any area, confidently. Your expert methods and techniques will always remain with me. Heavy traffic, tight situations, and rude drivers won't intimidate me. Now I'm even enthusiastic about map reading!

To put it simply and sincerely, you are the best teacher I've ever had. What at first seems like an overwhelming task becomes a challenge and finally becomes second nature. We'd all be in better shape if other professionals were as dedicated in their fields as you are in yours.

Thank you for helping me achieve the skill and privilege of driving and independence.

Fondly Your Student,
Cathy S.

P.S. I'll never forget the "Fuch's Formula" either.

From Cathy S.

Dear Lynn,

Hi! I believe it was your smiling face I saw (realized too late) some weeks ago while driving in V.S. Oops, sorry I didn't have the opportunity to acknowledge you. I hope this note finds you and you're doing well.

I can't believe I'm behind the wheel daily for over a decade now, thanks to you. I use the "Fuchs Formula" always. My son Tyler is nearly 7 years old. I hope that you are his instructor one day too!

Love,
Cathy S.

From Celeste

Dear Lynn,

Whatever happens today at the road test, I'd like to thank you for your patience. I'll never be able to repay you for your instruction and confidence in me. I would have never gotten further than getting a learner's permit if it weren't for you. I know that self confidence helps, but your persistence enabled me to keep going.

Thank you again,

Celeste

From Chana O.

Dear Lynn,

I just wanted to thank you again for teaching me such thorough driving skills. I really feel that I've made a lot of progress, and I can proudly say that I feel I am a safe driver now. Besides for just learning how to drive, I learned a lot from your patience, honesty, and words of encouragement. I really looked forward to each time we would meet! Thank you also for the key chain - now I have to put a key on it!

Take Care
Love,

Chana O.

From Christine S.

To whom it may concern:

On Monday, August 4th 1986, I started my first private driving lesson with Lynn Fuchs. Lynn Fuchs owns and operates A WOMAN'S WAY Driving School. Lynn has been providing lessons for me twice a week for three months. With each lesson I felt more confident as a driver and was aware of the improvement I was making with Lynn's guidance. On November 6th of 1986, I tool my first road test and passed it with no difficulties.

Lynn Fuchs' driving school was recommended to me by my sister Diane. Diane attended classes with Lynn in 1984 and passed her first road test on February 14th 1984. Diana has been driving for almost three years confidently because of Lynn's instruction. I also share that confidence because I know that I will be a responsible driver due to the guidance Lynn Fuchs provided for me.

Dear Monica,

I just wanted to tell you that on Feb 11 I took my road test and passed. The class was very helpful and I want to thank you for being a great teacher. Thanks for your help.

Sincerely,
Deborah

From Lisa

Dear Monica & Lynn,

Before I started taking lessons with you, I wasn't sure if I would ever drive. Drivers Ed. had done nothing for me and I felt as though every time I got behind the wheel I was risking my life. But thanks to your school, I gained confidence, and I learned to feel comfortable and even to enjoy driving!

Thanks so much!

Lisa

From Lorraine

Dear Lynn,

I wanted to take time out to thank you once again for being a great teacher.

Your unique technique, patience and encouragement is the reason I got my drivers license on the very first try. Continue to be the inspiration others need to pass the test.

Sincerely,
Lorraine

From Matt M. & Wendy S.

Myra,

This is actually a BIG thank you; Matt passed his road test and is the proud holder of a License! You truly helped him to become a more confidante, skilled driver, and we truly appreciate your role in this. Matt says you are a very nice, warm, and most of all, Patient person, and we will surely recommend you to all the pre-licensed drivers we know!

With warm regards-

Matt M. & Wendy S.

From Selma

Dear Lynn,

I just wanted to thank you for your patience and thorough job in teaching me to drive.

You are a very knowledgeable teacher and I am proud to be your pupil.

Your expertise in driving shows. I sincerely appreciate your time and effort on my part and will recommend you to all my friends and relations.

Thank you,
Selma

From Sue M.

My daughter, Kerry, got her license last week. Her time spent at "A Woman's Way Driving School," was invaluable. As she says "they teach you what to do, not just correct your mistakes." We have highly recommended your school to others as well.

Thank you and keep up the good work!

Sue M.

From Susana D.

Dear Myra,

Wishing you the merriest Christmas, the happiest new year. Thanks for all your help in getting me "back on the road."

Sincerely,
Susana D.

From Barbara

Dear Lynn,

Here I am late as usual!

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the key chain but most importantly to thank you for giving me lessons.

I can never thank you enough for your patience and kindness. Your drillings and thoroughness paid off in turning this student into a concientions driver, my husband is very proud of that.

I'm still scared to go by myself so I still need someone next to me. I know in time this will pass and I know also I will "hear" you coaching me.

Barbara

From Joanne P.

Dear Lynn,

It's been 10 days since my road test and the "misty eyes" have cleared well enough for me to write to you. The excitement of telling my good news and being lost among flowers and balloons is still with me, however at present I feel 10 feet tall.

I'll get down to earth someday!! I've been driving to work and around Island Park with my husband at the helm. It's not the best situation but right now it will have to do. We are car shopping!!

I do want to thank you for all the encouragement and for teaching me the correct "rules of the road." I miss driving with you next to me but I do hear your voice telling me "you'll do fine." Hope all the people I'll tell about you will give a call someday.

Joanne

From Winnie!!

Dear Monica,

You don't know how happy I am to be able to drive anytime I feel like driving now that I have the driving license.

It's such a great feeling of independence. I would never have been able to do this without your help and your heaven sent patience. You are the best!

But the most incredible thing is, my husband says that I drive very well and he has only yelled at me once while driving!!! He says he feels very comfortable with me at the wheel, and I have taken over the "family driving"!!

Thanks again Monica for having made the difference in our lives!

Love,

Winnie!!
